How long does the delivery take?
All of our products are ready stocks. You can expect a delivery time of 1-3 working days. However, any delays by the courier company will cause the delivery to take longer time than stated.
I placed my order on the website but it’s being cancelled. Why?
If you’ve choose to make payment via Paypal or Online Banking, our system will automatically cancel your order if no payment received within 2 hours. To resume order, you may choose to:
- Place a new order again and make payment within 2 hours
- Make the payment and send us the payment proofshot (screenshot/picture/pdf) via email email@example.com or Whatsapp +60197459988. Please kindly include your order number.
I want to make changes for my delivery details. How can I reach I Love Mobile?
We can only make changes to your delivery details if the item haven’t been posted out. You can directly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and new delivery details. If you’ve place order through Whatsapp/Facebook/Wechat, you may reach us via the platform where you’ve place the order.
